Michel Nicolo, also known as Michel Scibetta-Nicolo, is an Associate Broker primarily serving Brooklyn, Staten Island, Queens, and Manhattan, with her Nicolo Team serving clients in New Jersey. She specializes in residential, commercial, and investment real estate, blending global business experience with deep local market knowledge. Fluent in Italian and Spanish, Michel’s career spans international marketing, VIP travel services, and sales, with experience negotiating and managing clients in Italy, China, and India.

After moving to Staten Island and raising her children, Michel took a break from marketing and sales to teach at Xaverian High School in Brooklyn. Her time in education strengthened her communication and leadership skills, but her passion for negotiation, business, and client service drew her back to real estate. She now leverages her expertise in residential, commercial, and investment properties to help clients make informed, strategic decisions.

Michel also hosts the podcast Staying Current, designed to guide newcomers through neighborhoods, local businesses, and community events, helping them feel informed and connected from day one.
